We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Location was great and the deck over the river's edge was wonderful. Only suggestion we would have is a vacuum for the cabin versus just a broom. Rate was great and we will be back.

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

My husband and I were EXTREMELY pleased with our whole experience; grateful too! We booked at the last minute (the night before) and these hosts welcomed us with open arms! That in and of itself was wonderful! We were given extremely detailed instructions. So even with the location being up a mountain and surrounded by very small roads, they made it impossible to get lost! We arrived very late in the evening. We felt bad about that because we wanted to give them an accurate arrival time. But, we had so many small hinderances, that we kept having to push our arrival time back. We were greeted in person and shown around the place! And oh what a BEAUTIFUL place it was! Immaculate historical home. Very spacious! And the scenery is to die for! They were very communicative. We offhandedly mentioned it was our anniversary, and they had a card om the table for us, and a chilled bottle of Sparkling Grape juice in the fridge. That was above and beyond! We plan to come back!

Exactly as described and shown. Peaceful, clean, huge TV with lots of streaming services, all furniture very comforable, beautiful interior. I can't say enough great things about this place. Joey himself was friendly and responsive. Any issue I had was taken care of rather quickly and he was friendly about it. We are already wanting to come back. This location is very ideal for anyone traveling to upstate SC. Thank you for offering your space, Joey. We felt at home.

We stayed here after our busy wedding weekend and I'm so glad we did. After the first day, we decided to extend our stay another day. The property is beautiful, the family is nice and so are the animals. It was refreshing to live life without technology and just enjoy the serene surroundings. I loved every minute of it, and all of the little details Melodie made time to do. We'll become regulars returning more often in the future. Thanks so much Melodie for being awesome!

This place could not have been any better for a the sibling celebration we enjoyed. We spent the majority of our visit 'front porch sittin and talkin", remembering our lives and those we loved in a setting as akin as possible to our rural upbringing. A peacable kingdom with plants, birds and trees, birds, bea Eucharisteo!

Leslie’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the stunning mountain views, complete with chairs on the porch where we could sit, relax, and take it all in. Watching the sunset while using the grill to make our BBQ was an unforgettable experience! Leslie was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal—just 25 minutes away from Ride Kanuga and Rock Creek MTB trails, and only 10 minutes from Publix for quick shopping. To top it off, there’s a fantastic coffee shop just 5 minutes away that serves the best croissants I’ve ever tried! The peacefulness of the property added to the charm—it’s a quiet and serene place to unwind. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we got restful sleep during our entire stay. I highly recommend Leslie’s place if you’re looking for a cozy getaway with great amenities. Thanks Leslie?

This was SUCH a wonderful getaway for us! The cabin is beautiful, tons of outdoor activities close by, and the views on the property are incredible! We were in the area with our kids for some music gigs, and Selena‘s place was in a great location for us! We played in several nearby towns, and Franklin as well, which is just a few minutes away. The scenery was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View off of the deck, as well as the various goats and donkeys in the pasture right across the street. The house had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you, Selena, for a wonderful stay!

Effortless process and wonderful experience. This place is exactly as as shown in the photos and even more quite and peaceful than expected. The house and the decor are so thoughtful and inviting we didn't want to leave. The screened porch and open deck extend the small but generous living spaces outside perfectly. The loft is a great retreat and with a great selection of games we made use of. We were (4) people and we had plenty of space for cooking, dining and relaxing. We will stay again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It was very peaceful. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculate! I especially was grateful for the non toxic cleaners and no shoes rule! 😌

Our family had a wonderful stay at Amy's place. It was easy to find and designed with comfort in mind. Every space reflected excellent craftsmanship including the bedroom, bathroom, outdoor sitting areas and the barn. The kids slept in the upstairs loft which they thought was a cool semi private space. We enjoyed the chirping birds, beautiful horses, barn cat and sweet dogs that came out to play a few times. Amy and her husband were welcoming and mentioned some places to check out like Tullulah Falls Gorge. Highly recommend if you're in the area to stay at this chalet.

Chris's place sets a very high bar for immaculate, peaceful, thoughtfully provisioned and comfortable. It is nicely secluded and yet just seven minutes from charming Hendersonville or 30 minutes from Asheville's many attractions. I've experienced many Airbnb locations over the past several years and none more pleasant than this. I came here for an event which I attend annually and I'll be booking early with Chris so to feel right at home.

Lovely home. I wish I could live here all the time. It’s a very peaceful countryside setting, but still close to anything you might need. Whole Foods and Publix are approx. 15 mins drive away, plus lots of other food options in that same area. Downtown Asheville is about a 20 minute drive. We stayed in May/June. I enjoyed siting on the screened porch listening to birdsong and the breeze blowing through the trees. I also got to see some wildlife including some cute groundhogs that live nearby, opossums, many different kinds of birds, a turtle, and I even saw a bobcat run by one day! The fireflies were so magical at night. The home is beautifully designed. A unique modern farmhouse. Hottub is also nice and clean. Really love this place.

We loved the place. It was so clean & spotless. The pool was wonderful. The grandkids were in it everyday. The water was perfect. We loved hanging out around the fire pit. Harry answered my questions I had right away. Never had to wait for an answer. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

We had a wonderful time looking out over the rolling hills, feeding the horses carrots. Enjoyed the pool the whole trip was a win would go back and stay with Suzanne again , very nice person and a lovely home

Beautiful cabin in a lovely and peaceful environment. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. All instructions were clearly provided. A special treat was the homemade cookies waiting on the bar when I arrived. Ilse is friendly and attends to even the smallest details to make your stay memorable and comfortable.

This was our fourth time staying at Tanglewood and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. It’s beautiful, cozy, and feels like home.

Esther’s cabin was beautiful, we had so much fun enjoying the property and the surrounding town. Lots of places to hike and fish close by if you love the outdoors. This place has 5 stars over many reviews for a reason! Thank you for your hospitality Esther we will be back!

We had a lovely stay, we were close to our family we were visiting in Pendleton and enjoyed seeing the geese outside! Kitchen has plenty of cooking implements. It was a cozy place to spend a few days post Christmas and we found the host to be very friendly!

Private and quiet. And has goats, which you can feed by hand. Caleb quickly answered all my questions and refilled the goat food quickly. Great place to stay.
