The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Svendborg - A very special oasis.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
