We had a very nice stay. Tina is super friendly and always available to talk if you have any questions. From the apartment you can walk to the beautiful Tollensesee or to the old town and the apartment is really spacious.

We stayed with a child and a dog in the beautiful apartment and can absolutely recommend it. The apartment is well equipped, you feel right at home, everything was very clean and we were able to relax wonderfully. The communication went smoothly and we also had a contact person on site. We would book the place again anytime.

A very spacious apartment to feel good. I was by car and could park for free, which was great. It was very quiet - although Netto etc. were downstairs, but you don't notice that. (Some other visitors have already written and I can only agree with them) If you come by public transport, you could maybe ride a bike (rented at the train station). Nicole's accommodation was wonderful and we felt totally comfortable from the first moment. I have already stayed in many AirBnB accommodations, but I have never experienced such great amenities: A fully automatic coffee machine incl. Coffee beans, various spices (fresh + dried), moist toilet paper and 3 shower gels ... these are "little things", but among other things these details made the stay OUTSTANDING. The small apartment is totally lovingly and thoughtfully designed in all details and the hosts are insanely warm and made us feel at home immediately. Since I was only relatively little in the apartment, I would definitely like to come back to enjoy the stay here even more. Absolute recommendation!

We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambience very much. In any case recommended!

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

We had a few nice days in a quiet apartment, where everything was available. We were warmly welcomed and the hosts were always available. We have rarely slept so well in an accommodation. (: The beach is about 30 minutes' walk away.

We were allowed to celebrate a birthday + JGA at Daniel's beautiful place and it was just a dream. We immediately felt very comfortable and were reluctant to leave. A great place in nature with lake about 20 minutes walk away. Daniel is also extremely friendly and was always available. A huge recommendation!

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. There were four of us in the lower apartment and there was good room. Kitchen really fully equipped. Nice location near the lake. The garden is huge and invites you to linger. Many excursion and hiking opportunities nearby.

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!
