Our stay at the Feldberg lake landscape was very nice - the apartment looked like the photos, spacious, everything clean and everything you need!

The place was very nice! Very clean, a lot of space and areas to hang out. Loved the sauna, there was a shower gel and tea as well! Recommend!

Very nice reliable host. Check in and checkout was flexible and we were very accommodating. The apartment is really nice and very centrally located, very modern and directly on the promenade with a beautiful balcony! Very great mattresses! We slept very well and were more than satisfied with this apartment. The price-performance ratio was also excellent in our time! We would be happy to come back to this apartment soon. ☺️

Very nice accommodation, great location at the harbor, nice hostess.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

A great, modern holiday home in a beautiful setting. We used canoe and rowboat extensively to explore the large, idyllic lake. The garden and terrace offer a great view of the water. The house has everything you need, it is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped. We'll be back!

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

A few more great days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a jewel, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, receive many details in advance also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! It's hard to say goodbye to the house, but we'll definitely see you again next time.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

A wonderful retreat in a beautiful location right on the lake. Perfect for escaping the noise of the big city. The little cottage is also very cozy. That's how we imagined it.

We really had a fantastic long weekend in this beautiful house! The possibilities on site surprised us positively, the small sauna in the house is the "icing on the cake"!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
