In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated in 2008-2013 and lovingly furnished. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry bushes. The bathing lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow for scattering fruit on our adjoining hectare of land

In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

Our farm is idyllically located in a secluded location outside Thesenvitz, surrounded by fields and meadows, located, very large (13,000 sqm) and completely fenced. The farm is centrally located on Rügen, so all the highlights can be reached in a maximum 45-minute drive. The Binz or Sellin hotspots can be reached in about a 20-minute drive. Beautiful natural beaches can be found north of Mukran in about 30 minutes drive.
