For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes on foot to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. An opportunity for extra bed is given.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
