2016 wurde der Bauernhof komplett neu saniert und modernisiert. Ein Mix aus Moderne und Landhauscharme machen dies zu einem tollen Urlaubserlebnis. Drumherum befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet von europäischem Rang: das Peenetal - mit einer faszinierenden Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Kaminabende, Fahrradauflüge oder Bootstouren auf der nahe gelegenen Peene sorgen für reichlich Abwechslung. Und das Beste: Bis zur Insel Usedom sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Sommer, Sonne und Strand :)

Genieße die Klänge der Natur wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft in der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte übernachtest. Innen wurden nur feinste Materialien und Putze verwendet. Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

Einzimmerappartement im Gutshaus

Das liebevoll eingerichtete 1-Zimmer Appartement mit 20 qm großem Wohn-/Schlafraum, integrierter Küchenzeile, separatem Badezimmer und kleinem Vorraum liegt im Erdgeschoss eines in der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jhd. erbautem Gutshaus in idyllischer Lage mit Blick auf den Dorfteich. Der kleine Ort Lichtenberg ist staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort inmitten der Feldberger Seenlandschaft. In 1,5 km Entfernung durch den Wald befindet sich am Breiten Luzin eine der schönsten Badestellen der Region.

Altstadtromantik vor Usedom

Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Fünf Minuten Fußweg zur UBB Haltestelle (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )Zu Fuß gleich der alte Hafen mit Museumsschiff, Fischwagen, Kanustation, Werft, Schiffsliegeplätzen, Bootsverleih und einem Bootsausrüster. Fahrradwerkstatt, Apotheke und Post in der Altstadt.

Cozy apartment on the river Peene

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Farmer's Cottage

Far from the big city, our "Farmer's Cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here!
