Unterkunft für 2 Personen im Thüringer Wald zu vermieten. Nutzbar als Ferienwohnung oder Monteurunterkunft. Parkplatz am Haus, Rauchen im Innenhof möglich. Wintersportgebiete wie Oberhof, Bad Tabarz, Friedrichroda in näherer Umgebung. Der Rennsteig ist ca. 5km entfernt, sehr schöne Wanderwege unmittelbar angrenzend. Waldschwimmbad lädt zum Baden mir erfrischendem Quellwasser in den Sommermonaten ein. Kneippbecken und fußläufig erreichbare Talsperren laden zum verweilen und erfrischen ein.

Die Finca ist sehr idyllisch gelegen .Viva la Dolce Vita. Gardasee-Feeling mitten im Steigerwald. 10 Autominuten von Landeshauptstadt Erfurt entfernt. Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind hier ein Higligh. Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

A bungalow bookable from April to November in the middle of a garden, on a hill with great valley views. Right behind the house is the Thuringian Forest, from which numerous hiking trails/ destinations begin. The property has a small well-kept garden, with seating and lounging options, for sunbathing or just to relax. Absolute tranquility and a great view over the Thuringian countryside. Small fireplace and fenced property, for the four-legged friends.

Enjoy the view of the river valley and the village of Herolz. Various seating options on our 2000 m² hillside garden always open up a slightly different view of the surrounding countryside. With a little luck you will discover deer, storks or herons on the river bank of the Kinzig or you will hear the cuckoo, the nightingale or our blackbird, which (no joke!) imitates a bicycle bell. In our fire corner you can grill and make a campfire.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment has spacious rooms and is located right in Kassel's Documenta hot spot. Downtown, party mile, Documenta and Orangerie are within 6 minutes' walking distance. A train stop, bakery and kiosk are right outside the door, a supermarket: about 8 minutes' walk away. Wilhelmshöhe station: 7 minutes by tram Central Station: 10 minutes' walk Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe (World Heritage Site): 10 minutes by tram

Our apartment is characterized by the special location with a distant view of the Rhön panorama, e.g. Wasserkuppe and Milseburg. The Extratour Ulmenstein and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque city of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral, the great old town and many other beautiful destinations.

The apartment is located in close proximity to the train station (approx. 7 min.), city center (approx. 10 min.) and university (about 10 min.). Shopping facilities are also nearby (Kaufland, Netto, Lidl, Bäcker and Nahrstedt).

Quiet location in a rural idyll in the Thuringian Basin. The vacation rental is located in a three-family house with a garden. Very good access to Erfurt and towards the Thuringian Forest. During the winter months, the pool is out of order. The use of the pool is your own responsibility.
