Herzlich Willkommen in unserem 130 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus am Fuße der Wartburg! Einst als Schmiede genutzt, bietet es heute eine familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung mit umfassender Ausstattung. Sie ist zentral in Eisenach gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum Zentrum, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Touristenattraktionen sowie zur einzigartigen Natur im Thüringer Wald! Unser Kinderzimmer befindet sich direkt über der Ferienwohnung. Wir geben unser bestes, dennoch können entsprechende Geräusche zu hören sein.

This fantastic 2-room apartment not only impresses with a spacious and practical floor plan, but also a large covered terrace. The house entrance and outdoor area are designed barrier-free. With the completely new furnishings, emphasis was placed on the highest quality: high-quality LED lighting, all window shutters electric, underfloor heating in every room. A top modern kitchen. 2 LED flat-screen TVs (smart TV, 55 and 65 inches) 2 box-spring beds, 1 sofa bed.

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.

In the middle of the city and yet quiet. That probably best describes our great big apartment. This can be found in the Wartburg city of Eisenach. All famous sights, such as Wartburg (Unesco World Heritage Site), Bach and Luther House, City Palace, Fraternity Monument, Dragon Gorge and the Automobile Museum are within walking distance. In just 2 minutes to the city center with numerous shops, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Welcome Kati and Axel Rommel.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the orangery and the center of Gotha. As well as the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking distance. It has a separate entrance for our guests only. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this also meets the expectations of our guests. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

The couch in the combined living room/bedroom offers a sleeping accommodation for two children (up to 8 years free of charge). A bicycle garage is available for bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
