In the apartment there is 1 large bedroom with crib, 1 small bedroom and a 160 mattress topper in the living room. The apartment is decorated with a sturdy kitchen In the bathroom there is a shower as well as a washing/dryer. Office space and storage are available.

Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
