In 10 minutes you can walk to the idyllic beach of the Peenestrom, by car in 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach of the island of Usedom, in 30 minutes to Greifswald. But of course, there is also a lot to discover in Wolgast. On foot or with our city bikes, which you can use for free.

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Our apartment Ozeandampfer is located directly on the impressive beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet 5 minutes walk in the center and on the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! There is a Sauna in the house. I answer booking requests immediately.

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. Erleben Sie einen ruhigen und friedlichen Urlaub auf Usedom im Seebad Karlshagen Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 1,3 km vom feinsten Sandstrand und ca. 1,2 km vom Jacht- und Fischerhafen entfernt am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist eine alte Feuerwache, die von den Vermietern in Eigenarbeit liebevoll renoviert wurde.
