Bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor. There are duvets and pillows - - but bed linen, sheets, towels, etc., guests must bring their own. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and large living room. There is a sleeping area in the living room ( Sofa bed ) Exit to south facing enclosed garden with terrace and small lawn. Parking in front of the house on quiet street.

The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

There is a small cozy courtyard, which is available to the guests of the house. Free Wifi and good parking.
