The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen- family room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with cafe table and chairs. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

With us at Munkebjerggård you can sit back in comfortable and quiet surroundings, relax and let your gaze wander over the meadowed grasslands. Here are great hikes, challenging cycling terrain and 15 minutes to the beach. Our house is modern and fully heated with underfloor heating and hot water. There is a ceiling for tilting and great light in the open plan with a double bed in each floor and bathroom on the ground floor. On the farm, we run a smokehouse and farm shop on weekends.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.
