The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

All rooms have views and the large kitchen/living room has direct access to two large terraces. One in front that is partially covered and one behind the house, which is wind-protected and therefore warm at all times of the day. Spacious house for those who enjoy life, ideal for peace and relaxation at home and activities out in the hilly area.

The large terrace ensures sun all day with several cozy places to stay. The enclosed garden contains a trampoline, swing and a playhouse in the treetops as well as plenty of lawn for ball games. We have children aged 7-18 years ourselves, so there are plenty of games and activities for both indoors and outdoors.
