The house dates from 1974 but was completely renovated in 2022 – new kitchen, new bathroom with underfloor heating, outdoor shower, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, terraces on both sides of the house with comfortable chairs, tables, and sofas, and year-round insulation. One of Denmark's best areas for hiking, mountain biking, and cycling (Stage 2 of the 2022 Tour de France). A 5-minute walk from cafés and shopping, and a few minutes' drive from Dragsholm Castle.
