In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Large terrace with barbecue and awning for free use. Up to two families with children can stay in the house. The apartment is bright and spacious and is located in green surroundings 450 meters from Hundige station and a short walk from the water. From Hundige station, you can take the E-train and be in Copenhagen in 20 minutes. There is free parking. Note that my cat will not be at home during your stay.
