You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

The apartment is quietly located and has a very good transport connection. In the immediate vicinity there is a 2 km long park, shopping arcade, modern indoor swimming pool and a coffee roastery. We can also give our guests tips about our charming Dresden and the beautiful surroundings in English, Polish and some Russian.

The apartment consists of a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom with 180 cm box spring bed and a bathroom with shower. In our small kitchen there is a ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer. Washing machine available. The rental includes bedding and towels. The apartment has underfloor heating from external blinds, a barrier-free entrance and an outdoor terrace with children's playground. Parking space free of charge.

With two bedrooms including extendable couch, the beautiful attic apartment with 110 square meters of space for up to 6 people. The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to spend cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

Free street parking is available. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as a large south-facing balcony. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people, another person can use the fold-out couch.

Less than 15 minutes from the center is the "Wild Africa", in my former wellness oasis. The stop is right outside the door. The Kleinwelka Dinosaur Park is 45 minutes away. The Saxon Switzerland and Czech Republic National Park can be reached in 60 minutes. Tropical Island and Poland are in 75 minutes. You can admire the beautiful Erzgebirge, e.g. Seiffen, in 80 minutes. Berlin and Prague are only 120 minutes away.

Dear Guest, located in the subpart Plauen its perfectly located for a nice city stay. Just a 3 minute walk to the next public transport station its a 10 minute ride to the city centre. Expect a gorgous oldtown with baroque buildings, world famous museums from old masters to contemporay art. The Appartement offers one master bedroom, a kitchen with an eating place, bathroom, free parking, WIFI.

Relax with the whole family at this idyllic place in the middle of nature. The apartment is in the attic of the residential building of a lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
