Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses erste, die Nr. 7/4, haben wir 2020 liebevoll renoviert und DU kannst kommen. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche. Dazu gibt es eine nette eigene Terrasse zur Südseite. Sie ist teilweise überdacht und es gibt auch eine Markise für die besonders sonnigen Tage. Das Grundstück hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See und einen Steg mit Badeleiter.

Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem Grundstück, bebaut mit 2 Wohnhäusern, mit Zaun eingefriedet. 100m bis zum Einkaufsmarkt, 2,5 km zur Kyritzer Seenkette, 22 km nach Neuruppin, 20 km bis zur Autobahn A 24. Radfahren, Wandern, Angeln, Wassertourismus. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucher Objekt. Bei mehr als zwei Personen bitte Preis anfragen. 1 PKW Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Unser Bungalow lädt durch seine Lage am Waldrand und dem fußläufig zu erreichenden Grünefelder See zur absoluten Entspannung ein. Aber auch Berlin wäre mit dem Zug in rund 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
