Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
