Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

LUNA Spreeapartment - Houseboat (moored)

The LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. The "LUNA" has a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against high temperatures and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly anchored in our harbor and is only 7 km from the Alex.

Das Hausboot bietet Ihnen eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Trenntoilette, das geräumige Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein. Schwimmen, Sonnen oder Grillen runden das Erlebnis ab.

Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur Das geräumige Hausboot hat eine Wohnfläche von 50 qm und eine Dachterrasse von 35 qm und ist mit maximal 6 Personen zu benutzen es befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine schlafsofa. Desweiteren Fußbodenheizung, Warmwasser ,Terme voll ausgestatte Küche, einen Gasgrill und Terrassenmöbel. Das Boot ist mit 2 Yamaha Motoren von je 25 PS ausgestattet welches einen Sportboot Führerschein erfordert für Binnengewässer.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

Experience unforgettable late summer moments on board our "NautikHus". Numerous lakes and bays of the Havel around Werder & Potsdam are very popular. Our houseboat can be booked from 6 nights (in the low season from 4 nights) with SBF Binnen. The boat briefing costs €50 for houseboat newcomers. Alternatively, a charter certificate for €110 (including the boat briefing of €50) can be made on site in 3 hours. The cleaning fee of €105 is to be paid on site.
