The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
