The two-story property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 guest WCs, accommodating up to 22 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, children's books and toys, and a table tennis table. A baby cot and high chair are available. The architect of the building itself is Eduard Knoblauch, and its traditional spirit has been brought back to life after an extensive renovation. Nature lovers can enjoy the garden & private terrace and the many opportunities the area has to offer: four lakes within walking distance and many cycle paths through the region.

On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.
