The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Cosy Apartment with Sauna

In the historic village street is our shared 4-sided courtyard. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open living, dining and sleeping area with a small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher. Feel free to ask about the use of our tent sauna with wood stove and icy plunge barrel in the garden.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be completely carbon neutraly. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
