The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

Vi bor i en dejlig murermestervilla fra 1900, hvor vi lejer vores kælderlejlighed ud. Kælderen er renoveret i 2022 og har egen indgang. I kælderen er der soveværelse med dobbeltseng (160 x 200 cm), stue med sovesofa (140 x 200), køkken samt badeværelse. I vil bo centralt i Svendborg Vest - med kort afstand til centrum, skov og strand. Der er fri parkering foran boligen. Der er ca. 10 min. gang til/fra togstationen Svendborg Vest og det er nemt at komme hertil fra motorvejen.

Newly furnished apartment in a historic building centrally located in Svendborg. Set back from the main street in a quiet and locked courtyard. It's my private residence most of the time. Therefore, I also need to have my own things on the shelves + food in both the refrigerator and freezer, just as I myself clean to the best of my ability. It keeps the price down
