Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein magischer Ort, die Hütte liegt inmitten der Natur an einem wunderschönen Teich. Die Kombination aus Natur und Komfort sucht seinesgleichen. Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Die Wohnung liegt genau dort, wo sich Stadt und Natur vereinen: historische Bauten, angenehm entspannt und doch ein wenig abgeschieden: Freuen Sie sich auf den "Park Sanssouci" direkt vor der Haustür (circa 300 m Fußweg). Die historische Innenstadt mit den gemütlichen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie den guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
